Are you a pneumataphobe?

What is Pneumatophobia?

Pneumatophobia is the fear of spirits. It's a bit different from phasmophobia (fear of ghosts), demonophobia (fear of demons), bogyphobia (fear of the bogeyman), and wiccaphobia (fear of witches or witchcraft). (If you want clarification on the difference between spirits and ghosts, let me know!)

Many specific phobias can be traced back to a specific triggering event, usually a traumatic experience at an early age. So.... my theory of pnemataphobia is that organized religion has been a key cause. I regularly have people try to save me from the influence of demons, because some strains of Christianity teach that demons disguise themselves as benevolent Spirits. In my opinion, this teaching came about so that the Church could maintain power, influence, and money.

Because when we look further back in history, we find Gnosticism:  a variety of ancient religious ideas and systems, originating in Jewish milieux in the first and second century AD, and based on readings of the Torah and other Biblical writings.

Gnosis refers to knowledge based on personal experience or perception; direct participation with the divine; an inward "knowing."

I believe that this is the birthright of all of us—direct communion with the divine.  We are all Spirit, just living in human bodies right now. We are all emanations of the divine. So communication with Spirit(s) is simply natural.

Many of us, including me, have been afraid to connect with spirits because even if subconsciously, we have been taught it is dangerous. It's not. It's normal. I discovered that through experience.

When you're ready, let me help you connect to the divine!
