Sharing about what happened helps us heal
Everyone’s talking about Hillary Clinton’s book, What Happened. I love that title because she is declaring that her experience is valid, real, and true. And, what happened was, a woman was attacked by a man who did not respect truth; who operated out of a need to dominate. And society believed HIM. She says, "Listening to Trump, it almost felt like there was no such thing as truth anymore."
All of us who have gone through abuse understand this experience and have felt the maddening fury that comes with our very reality being denied.
In reading the book, it’s obvious that sharing what happened is immensely healing for her and incredibly useful for us. We can all follow her example and share what happened to us in a safe way.
If you want to start, schedule a free one-hour consultation with me. I can take you from anger and resentment to peace and happiness.

This writer gets straight to the point: we are a sick society, driven by misogyny. It's good to remember that we are not crazy and that none of us is alone in our experience.
