Frequently Asked Questions

Can I just have a tarot reading?

Yes. Absolutely.

You can choose to have a reading entirely with tarot. I’ve ben reading tarot since I was 9 years old and I have a variety of beautiful decks. I adore tarot, because it allows the querent (the asker) to contribute very richly to the session.

What do you mean by “spiritual advisor”?

Talk therapy and thought work is very helpful on the road to happiness. That is what therapists and life coaches do.

But there is always still something missing. That “what’s it all about?” feeling; that yearning for meaning, can only be answered by exploring spirituality.

Spirituality is the relationship we have with the nonmaterial aspects of our lives.

Spiritual growth is a result of exploration of consciousness in co-ordination with contemplation and introspective assessment of morals and ethics. Spiritual growth leads to a more compassionate, peaceful, and serene experience of life.

What is the difference between a psychic and a medium?

“Medium” is a very specific and narrow term: a medium speaks to beings who were once incarnate, and are now discarnate. In other words, mediums communicate with spirit people; people on the other side, or, to put it crudely, dead people (and animals).

Pretty much everything else is psychic….

A psychic will expand their consciousness into the area you want information on: the future, the past, and people you know.

They may also be able to communicate with your higher self, your pets, your spirit guides and other entities like nature spirits, intradimensional beings, and so on. This is not mediumship because the entity either never lived in a body, or is still living in a body.

Every medium is psychic, but not every psychic is a medium.

Can you communicate with animals?

Yes! I have communicated with countless pets and companions animals, including lizards, cats, dogs, horses, and birds—both living animals and animals who have passed into spirit.

What are your qualifications?

I have been a professional spiritual advisor for more than 10 years.

I had my first conversation with a spirit person at the age of 9 years and made accurate psychic predictions from when I could first talk.

As an adult, I attended 2 years of intensive intuitive development training, then 2 years of seminary school, then 3 years of mediumship mentoring. I am ordained as a minister by the Spiritualist Church of New York City. I am certified in cognitive behavioral therapy and am a certified seance conductor.

I have had more than 20 years of cognitive and spiritual counseling myself, and I still regularly seek counsel, as I believe we all should.

I went to law school in Australia and when I moved to NYC, I passed the NY bar exam, so although I don’t actively practice law, I am a licensed attorney. I also took a course in neurobiology at Harvard.

I continue to expand and deepen my skills in all areas, including neuroscience and quantum physics.

What is Spiritualism?

Spiritualism—sometimes referred to as Modern Spiritualism—is a religion, a philosophy, and a science.

It is a religion of conviction, not conversion. No faith is required. If a person believes in the following principles, they might consider themselves a Spiritualist. I happened upon Spiritualism and realized that it expressed what I had come to believe on my own. I then studied to become a Minister of Spiritualism.

  1. We believe in Infinite Intelligence.

  2. We believe that the phenomena of Nature, both physical and spiritual, are the expression of Infinite Intelligence.

  3. We affirm that a correct understanding of such expression and living in accordance therewith, constitute true religion.

  4. We affirm that the existence and personal identity of the individual continue after the change called death.

  5. We affirm that communication with the so-called dead is a fact, scientifically proven by the phenomena of Spiritualism.

  6. We believe that the highest morality is contained in the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

  7. We affirm the moral responsibility of individuals and that we make our own happiness or unhappiness as we obey or disobey Nature’s physical and spiritual laws.

  8. We affirm that the doorway to reformation is never closed against any soul here or hereafter.

  9. We affirm that the precepts of Prophecy and Healing are Divine attributes proven through Mediumship.
